Warranty & support

Launch isn’t the end of the job. For the first 30 days after handover we fix, free of charge, anything that doesn’t work the way we agreed.

What the 30 days cover

  • Fixing bugs in what we built: a button doesn’t work, the bot crashes, the wrong amount is calculated
  • Server and deployment: if something on our side goes down, we bring it back and find out why
  • Hosting for the first month — on us
  • Small text and image edits that don’t change the logic
  • Answers to questions: how to add a product, grant access, view stats

What’s not covered

  • New features and screens that weren’t in the brief — that’s further development, estimated separately
  • Changes after the task itself has changed
  • Outages of third-party services: Telegram, payment gateways, hosting — we help figure it out, but can’t fix them
  • Consequences of code or server changes made by someone else

After 30 days

We hand everything over
Access to the server, domain and repository, plus an update guide. You pay for hosting yourself — usually around $5–10 a month.
Maintenance subscription
Server, updates, backups and monitoring are on us. Small edits are included; terms are agreed per project.
One-off improvements
Need a new feature six months later — just write. We estimate the task, name a deadline and do it.

If something breaks

  1. Describe what happened — What you did, what you expected to see and what happened instead. A screenshot or video saves half an hour of back-and-forth.
  2. Send it on Telegram — @lkxa_dev or the shared project chat. Mon–Fri, 10:00–20:00 Moscow time (UTC+3).
  3. We fix it and show you — If something critical breaks — the bot stops responding, the site won’t open — it goes to the front of the queue, weekends included.
